The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Cairo, 220 gr/m2, and its solid printed color is Purple, Japanese Violet, with a CMYK of 66 84 35 32. This color is characterized by its intensity, combining a violet tone with a touch of blue, generating a very attractive visual effect. Additionally, Purple, Japanese Violet, pairs perfectly with grays, whites, blacks, and pinks.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the color is printed on the surface of the fabric without penetrating its interior. This printing technique allows for great precision in details and a high-quality result.
The Polyester Lycra - Cairo, 220 gr/m2, is an elastic and soft-touch fabric. This fabric has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV Protection Factor of 50+, making it an ideal choice for sportswear, swimwear, and lingerie. Furthermore, its applications and uses include fashion for women, men, and children, as well as scrunchies.
It is important to consider the care recommendations to extend the life of the fabric. Bleaching should be avoided, and washing should be done at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed, except for trichloroethylene, and it can be ironed at a cool temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation. Sublimation is a high-quality image transfer process used to print designs with vivid and durable colors. Sublimation ink is heated to change from a solid to a gaseous state, allowing it to penetrate the fabrics surface and fuse with the fabric fibers without altering its natural properties. This printing process ensures the quality and durability of the printed color.
