Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The base fabric, Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2, has a solid color printed in a Dark Pumpkin Orange hue, with a CMYK of 13 36 73 2. This color is presented as a vibrant and warm tone that evokes a sense of energy and vitality. It pairs perfectly with cooler shades like teal or petrol blue, creating an interesting and attractive contrast.

The digital textile printing is done on one side, giving great sharpness and detail to the printed color. The base fabric, for its part, is known for its elastic texture and softness to the touch. In addition, it has chlorine resistance that guarantees its durability and very high UV protection (UPF 50+).

Among the most common applications and uses for this fabric are sportswear for men, women, and children, lingerie, bodysuits, bras and bralettes, tops, bikinis, and fashionable swimsuits. It is also used in the creation of scrunchies and other accessories.

It is necessary to take into account that for washing this fabric, it is recommended to avoid bleaching and wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can be dry cleaned, excluding trichloroethylene, and ironed at a cool temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.

The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (Polyester), which allows for great definition in color printing and guarantees its durability over time and use. This printing technique is carried out through the application of heat and pressure on the fabric, which allows the ink to adhere perfectly to the fibers of the fabric.
