Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2 in solid Fulvous Orange with a CMYK of 10 44 100 1. This color is characterized by being an intense, warm, and bright orange tone that reflects energy, vitality, and enthusiasm. The secondary color Fulvous adds a reddish-brown hue to this tone, giving it a sense of strength and character. This color combines excellently with shades of gray, white, green, purple, pink, and blue, among others.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that only one side is printed with the solid color and the other side is white. The combination of the solid color with the texture, feel, and elasticity of the base fabric makes it an ideal option for sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, and accessories such as scrunchies.

The Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2 is a soft, elastic, and chlorine-resistant fabric, in addition to having a very high UV Protection Factor of 50+. Its composition, 90% polyester and 10% elastane, makes it ideal for sportswear that requires elasticity and comfort. It can also be used for lingerie and womens and mens fashion, such as tops and knitwear.

It is important to keep in mind certain care instructions to maintain the quality and durability of the fabric: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not tumble dry, iron at a cool temperature, and allow dry cleaning except trichloroethylene.

The fabric printing is done with sublimation technology on polyester, which means that the ink merges with the fibers of the fabric to provide a high-quality and durable print without leaving a thick and coarse surface layer. This makes the fabric breathable, comfortable, and resistant to washing and abrasions.
