The base fabric, Polyester Lycra - Cairo, 220 gr/m2, has a plain color printed in red and pale violet with a CMYK of 11 68 20 0. This secondary color is characterized by its softness and delicacy, evoking feminine and sweet tones. It combines especially well with gray and metallic tones, or with green tones that provide freshness and contrast. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which guarantees good durability and color fidelity.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it stands out for its elasticity and softness to the touch, thanks to its composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, which makes it ideal for sportswear, lingerie, and fashion in general. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection of 50+, making it excellent for use in swimwear and other garments intended for sun exposure.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, we can mention its use in sportswear for women, men, and children, as well as in knitwear, tops, and scrunchies. Likewise, its composition makes it ideal for lingerie, particularly for bras and bralettes. It can also be used in swimwear, such as bikinis and swimsuits, thanks to its chlorine resistance and UV protection properties.
It is important to note the care instructions for this fabric, such as avoiding bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40°C, ironing at a cold temperature, and not using a tumble dryer. In addition, it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique that uses special inks that vaporize and adhere to the fabric fibers, which guarantees good color fidelity and durability.
