Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2, which is characterized by being elastic and soft to the touch. The plain printed color is an Harlequin green with a CMYK content of 62 0 100 0, which combines particularly well with colors such as white, black, yellow and red. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it a bright and high-definition finish.

In terms of its general characteristics, the base fabric is chlorine resistant and has a very high UV protection factor of 50+, which makes it ideal for use in swimwear and sportswear. It is also suitable for the manufacture of lingerie, bras, knitwear and scrunchies.

Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not to use trichloroethylene for dry cleaning, iron at a low temperature and not to use a dryer.

This fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology (polyester), in which ink is printed on paper and transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process allows complex and detailed designs to be printed in a wide range of colors, and guarantees high durability and resistance to fading.
