Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Cairo, 220 gr/m2, with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is a frog green, with a CMYK of 84 18 100 5. This color conveys emotions of vitality, rebirth, energy, and balance, and is perfect for combining with analogous tones (yellow or orange) or complementary colors (red, pink, or dark blue). It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is possible to customize the fabric with exclusive designs.

As for general characteristics, Polyester Lycra - Cairo is elastic and soft to the touch, chlorine-resistant, and provides very high UV protection 50+. This makes it an ideal fabric for sports activities, lingerie, mens and womens fashion, and swimwear. Furthermore, due to its elastic texture, it adapts perfectly to the body and allows for wide freedom of movement.

To maintain the fabric in the best condition, it is advisable not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and not tumble dry. Dry cleaning is also possible, except with trichloroethylene. For ironing, it should be done at a cool temperature.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This method consists of depositing the ink in small vapor particles, which penetrate the fabric fibers to create a permanent print. It is a high-quality, durable, and non-toxic technique that allows fabrics to be customized with complex and high-resolution designs.
