The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2, composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. The plain color printed on the fabric is a striking and vibrant Poison Green, with a CMYK of 63 0 100 0. It is a secondary color characterized by its energy and vitality, and it combines perfectly with other shades of green, as well as with neutral colors such as white, gray, or black.
It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the plain color on one side, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side. This ensures print quality and uniform color intensity across the entire surface of the fabric.
The base fabric of this Polyester Lycra - Cairo has very attractive general characteristics, being especially elastic and soft to the touch. In addition, it is chlorine-resistant and has very high UV protection 50+, making it ideal for use in swimwear and sportswear. As for the printed plain color, its vibrant hue and high print quality make this fabric a perfect choice for fashion and lingerie garments.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, we highlight its use in sportswear for women, men, and children, as well as in knitwear and tops for womens and mens fashion. It is also a recommended option for making fashionable and athletic bikinis and swimsuits, as well as for making accessories such as scrunchies.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this type of fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached, and the maximum washing temperature should not exceed 40ºC. In addition, dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature. Finally, it is not recommended to tumble dry the fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is a digital textile printing process that allows the image from special paper to be transferred to the fabric using high temperatures and pressure. This allows for high-quality and durable printing on the fabric, and ensures that the printed color does not fade over time or deteriorate with use.
