The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2 with a composition of 90% POLYESTER, 10% ELASTANE, offering an elastic and soft-to-the-touch texture. The solid color printed is a vibrant Paris Blue, achieved by combining Cyan (86), Magenta (68), Yellow (17), and Black (3) inks, with a CMYK of 86 68 17 3. This color represents the tranquility of the sea and the freedom of the sky, perfectly complementing white, pink, and yellow.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. This technique allows for high color quality and detail, as well as greater durability and resistance to wear and washing.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric are its chlorine resistance and very high UV protection 50+. Its use is varied, as it is ideal for sportswear, womens/mens fashion, and lingerie due to its elasticity and softness. Specifically, it is ideal for bikinis, bralettes, tops, knitwear, and swimsuits, among other uses.
To ensure optimal fabric durability, some specific care instructions must be followed. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and iron at a cool temperature. Furthermore, dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, and tumble drying is not permitted.
Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation on polyester, which is characterized by its high print quality, durability, and the possibility of obtaining a wide range of colors and designs. This printing process allows for the permanent fixation of colors and designs on the surface of the fabric fibers, ensuring long-lasting wear.
