Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra, known as Cairo 220 gr/m2, with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. Its width is 150cm and its weight is 220 gr/m2. The plain printed color is a sky blue, with a CMYK of 57 20 10 0, representing a soft and luminous tone. This color combines especially well with shades of pink and green, creating a balanced contrast.

The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing. The fabrics texture is elastic and soft to the touch, providing a feeling of comfort. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a UPF of 50+ for protection against ultraviolet rays.

Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2 is used in a wide range of applications, from sportswear for men, women, and children, to lingerie, bras, and bralettes. This fabric is also suitable for knitwear, tops, swimsuits, and bikinis. It is even used in scrunchies.

To keep the fabric in perfect condition, the following care instructions should be followed: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid using tumble dryers.

The technology used to print this fabric is polyester sublimation, a process in which the fabric fibers are impregnated with pigments, which produces a vibrant and durable image. Digital textile printing can print high-resolution images, providing impressive detail and superior quality.
