The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, 270 gr/m2, in a plain Ferrari Red color with a CMYK of 0 92 91 0. This color evokes the passion and energy of intense red, with orange hues that give it a fascinating vibrancy. This secondary color is often used in motor sports and sportswear, combining it with black or white to create contrast and balance. The fabric is single-sided digitally printed, allowing for high quality in the printing process.
Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, 270 gr/m2, is an elastic and chlorine-resistant fabric, with a high UV protection factor of 50+. Its finish provides a soft texture to the touch, making it ideal for sportswear such as swimsuits, bikinis, tights, leggings, leotards, and lingerie. Furthermore, it is a timeless fabric that can be used in any season.
Regarding care, it is important to note that the fabric should not be bleached and its maximum washing temperature is 40ºC. It is recommended not to use trichloroethylene for dry cleaning and to iron at a low temperature. Additionally, it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink through heat and pressure onto a special paper base. This paper is printed with the desired image and, subsequently, the image is transferred to the fabric using a heat press. This process allows for high quality in the colors and details of the printed image. It is important to highlight that this printing technology is specific for polyester fabrics, as the ink adheres better to this type of fiber.
