Description

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm and a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane. The solid printed color is Wine Red, with a CMYK ink combination of 29 Cyan, 87 Magenta, 36 Yellow, and 23 Black.

Wine Red is an eminently powerful and symbolic color, with connotations of elegance and sophistication. It represents passion, strength, and aggressiveness, and is associated with a wide variety of sensations, from love to anger and danger. It combines perfectly with other colors such as black, white, gold, and silver, making it a very versatile color.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the design is printed only on one side of the fabric, and not throughout its entire surface.

The general characteristics of the fabric focus on its texture, feel, and elasticity, making it an ideal choice for manufacturing lingerie, bikinis, tights, leggings, and swimsuits. Furthermore, its resistance to chlorine and UV rays (with a Very High protection factor of 50+) makes it an ideal option for sportswear.

Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and not to bleach it. It can be ironed at a cool temperature, and dry cleaning is permitted except with trichloroethylene. Tumble drying is not allowed.

The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which allows the design to be permanently printed on the fabrics surface through ink transfer from a special printed paper at a specific temperature and pressure. This process ensures high print quality, low environmental impact, and great durability of the final garment.
