The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, 270 gr/m2. The solid printed color is Lobster Red, composed of Cyan 0, Magenta 98, Yellow 100, and Black 0 in CMYK. This vibrant color evokes passion and energy. It pairs exceptionally well with black, white, gray, and shades of turquoise.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, allowing for exceptional image quality and a wide range of colors. This elastic polyester has a soft feel and fine texture. Furthermore, it is resistant to chlorine and sunlight, and boasts a high UV protection factor of 50+. It is perfect for sportswear and swimwear, but also well-suited for lingerie and fashion.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, its applications stand out, including the manufacture of sportswear such as swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, and leggings. In addition, its composition and weight make it suitable for the production of lingerie and swimwear. Its elasticity and durability allow for comfortable garments that conform to the body without losing their original shape.
To care for this fabric, follow the washing instructions. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and not to use bleach. Furthermore, it can be dry cleaned, but not with trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a low temperature and tumble drying is not recommended. In summary, it is a resistant yet delicate fabric that requires special care to ensure its durability and quality.
The printing technology used is polyester sublimation, which allows for high image definition and a wide range of colors. This printing technique uses special inks that are printed on a sheet of paper and then transferred to the fabric under high pressure and temperature. The result is a sharp, durable, and fade-resistant print.
