Description

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2, which is composed of 82% Polyester and 18% Elastane. The solid printed color is a mix of Orange and Corn Yellow with a CMYK of 14 31 73 3. This secondary color is vibrant and cheerful, evoking the sun and positive energy. It combines especially well with Whites, Blacks, and Blues, creating a striking and balanced harmony. It should be noted that the fabric is single-sided printed by digital textile printing, which means that the design is on only one side of the fabric.

Regarding general characteristics, the Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2 is a textured fabric with an elastic feel. It is chlorine resistant and has a very high UV Protection Factor 50+. Thanks to its elasticity, this fabric is ideal for making lingerie, bodysuits, swimsuits, leotards, and sports leggings, regardless of whether they are womens, mens, or childrens garments. It is a fabric suitable for all year round.

It is important to keep in mind some care instructions to prolong the life of this fabric, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene if dry cleaned, ironing it at low temperature, and not tumble drying it.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This process consists of transferring ink from a printed paper to the fabric by applying heat and pressure. The ink transforms into gas and penetrates the fibers of the fabric, which guarantees a high print quality and greater durability against use and washing.
