The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra of 270 gr/m2, composed of 82% POLYESTER and 18% ELASTANE, with a fabric width of 150 cm and a careful selection of care in its use. The solid printed color is an Ear Pink, which is obtained through a combination of CMYK inks, with a value of 0 32 4 0, reflecting the intensity of said color.
The secondary color of this fabric is pink, with an ear hue, which is characterized by being a soft, romantic, and delicate color, making it an excellent option for creating feminine and elegant garments. This color is ideal for combining with colors such as white, gray, or even bolder tones closer to fuchsia, creating a daring and modern combination. It is worth noting that, due to digital textile printing technology, the fabric is printed on one side only; it is not a dyed fabric but digitally printed.
The base fabric is characterized by having an elastic and very comfortable texture to the touch, in addition to being chlorine resistant, which makes it ideal for creating swimwear or sportswear for water sports. It has a Very High 50+ UPF protection factor, making it an ideal option for garments that need sun protection. Likewise, its timelessness makes it an ideal option for any season.
Among the applications and uses that can be given to this fabric are mainly lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, bathing suits, bikinis, leotards, and sports leggings, as well as fashion swimwear and bathing suits. Depending on the creativity and ingenuity of the designer, this fabric can be used for a wide variety of garments and accessories.
Regarding the care that should be taken into account when using this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric, not to exceed 40ºC in washing, and to avoid the use of trichloroethylene. Likewise, it is recommended to iron the fabric at a low temperature and avoid the use of a dryer.
The printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is sublimation, which consists of digitally printing on special paper that is subsequently transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. In this way, high-quality printing and a very soft and durable finish are achieved in the final garment.
