The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, 270 gr/m2, with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a red-pink hue with cyan ink at 0, magenta at 91, yellow at 65, and black at 0, corresponding to a CMYK of 0 91 65 0. The color stands out for its intensity and contrast, complementing green and dark blue.
The base fabric has an elastic texture and feel, in addition to being chlorine resistant. It also offers Very High UV protection 50+ and is ideal for swimwear and sportswear, such as swimsuits, bikinis, tights, leggings, leotards, and generally for fitted bodywear. The fabric is digitally printed with a solid color on one side.
Regarding the care of the base fabric, it is recommended not to use bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, do not dry clean with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
As for the printing technology used for this fabric, polyester sublimation is employed, which involves heating the ink to high temperatures so that it turns into gas and penetrates the fabric fibers. This process achieves a high-quality, durable print that does not fade or deteriorate over time.
