Description

The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, 270 gr/m2, a Lycra fabric composed of 82% polyester and 18% elastane. The solid printed color is a dark brown with golden undertones, reflecting the indicated solid colors CMYK content (24/44/100/14). The secondary color provides a warm and earthy feel, making it an elegant and inviting shade. It pairs perfectly with neutral tones like white and black, as well as earthy tones such as beige and light brown.

The fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, meaning the fabric is printed on a single side rather than dyed. The texture is elastic and chlorine-resistant, with a finish that provides very high UV protection of 50+. This fabric is suitable for lingerie, sportswear, swimsuits and bikinis, leotards and leggings, as well as swimwear and activewear fashion.

Among the attributes of the base fabric, its applications and uses stand out. In addition to those mentioned, it can also be used for underwear, tops, t-shirts, and dresses. The fabrics elasticity makes it perfect for body-hugging garments and swimwear. The polyester provides strength and durability, allowing the garment to maintain its shape and color for a long period.

Care for this fabric should consider the maximum washing temperature, no bleaching, and cool ironing. Dry cleaning is allowed, except for trichloroethylene, and it should not be tumble dried.

Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation (polyester), which means colors are transferred directly to the fabric by applying heat and pressure. This produces a high-quality result with vibrant colors, making it ideal for personalized fashion and sports apparel.
