The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2 and the solid printed color is Tan Dark Brown with a CMYK of 42 53 74 49. This color has a symbology linked to the earth, nature, stability and elegance. In technical terms, dark brown is a warm, earthy color associated with autumn and winter; in color psychology, it is considered a calming color that provides security and strength. This color combines particularly well with white, beige, yellow, orange, dark red, light blue and moss green. The fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, which means that the printed color is more resistant to fading with use and washing compared to the dyeing method.
Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2 is an elastic, soft and resistant fabric that allows great body mobility and great comfort. In addition, this fabric is chlorine resistant, has very high UV protection 50+ and is ideal for lingerie, sportswear, swimwear and fashion. The applications and uses of this fabric are extended to other models such as bikinis, swimsuits and sports and fashion leggings. The care that must be taken into account with this fabric are no bleaching, no use of trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, no tumble drying and ironing at cold temperature.
The printing technology used to produce this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the design on paper with special sublimation ink and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technology allows for high-quality printing, resistant to water and use, in addition to creating designs in high definition and with a wide range of colors. Sublimation is an ecological technique since it does not use water in the printing process and does not generate polluting waste.
