The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra with a weight of 270 gr/m2, composed of 82% Polyester and 18% Elastane. Its width is 150 cm and it is printed in a solid color of Dusky Brown-Red which is achieved by a combination of inks in a CMYK of 26 83 81 21.
Dusky Brown-Red is a warm color that transmits strength and energy, and combines perfectly with other earth tones such as beige or dark brown. In addition, it can also be combined with more vivid tones such as orange or yellow to create more daring contrasts.
It should be noted that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that it is not a dyed fabric, but rather the color is printed only on one side of the fabric.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it is elastic, chlorine resistant and has a very high UV Protection Factor of 50+. In addition, it has a soft and textured finish to the touch.
In the uses and applications of the fabric, its use in lingerie, sportswear and swimwear, as well as in leotards and sports leggings, stands out. Thanks to its elasticity and resistance, it is perfect for wearing in sports or water activities.
Regarding the care that must be taken into account for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, do not use trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, iron at low temperature and do not tumble dry.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using polyester sublimation technology, in which the ink is applied using intense heat to create a chemical bond between the ink and the fabric fibers. This process ensures a durable and wear-resistant print.
