Description

The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2, composed of 82% Polyester and 18% Elastane, with a grammage of 270 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is an Army Green Brown, with a CMYK of 53 43 59 34. This color combines very well with other earthy and ocher tones, providing a touch of elegance and sobriety.

It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing; it is not a dyed fabric but digitally printed. As for its general characteristics, the fabric has an elastic texture and feel, which makes it perfect for fitted and sportswear. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV Protection Factor 50+, which makes it an ideal fabric for swimwear and outdoor sportswear.

Among the applications and uses of the fabric, we can highlight lingerie, swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, or sports leggings, as well as any type of fitted and sportswear. It is also an ideal fabric for high-quality swimwear fashion.

Regarding the care instructions for this type of fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached, and the maximum washing temperature is 40°C. Dry cleaning is possible, but not with trichloroethylene. It can be ironed at a cool temperature, and tumble drying is not recommended.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (Polyester), a process that uses heat and pressure to transfer inks to the fabric, creating a vivid and durable image. This process is widely used for the production of sportswear and swimwear, as it allows complex and detailed designs to be printed on elastic and resistant fabrics.
