Description

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Nairobi with a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed solid color is Blood Orange with a CMYK ink composition of 13-95-93-3. The color is described as a combined shade between orange and dark red, evoking passion and energy. This color pairs well with earthy tones such as brown, red, or beige, as well as blue and green tones.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, employing sublimation technology (polyester). It is important to note that the fabric is not dyed but printed on one side. The general characteristics of the base fabric include an elastic and soft texture, as well as chlorine resistance and very high UV protection 50+. As for the printed color, its finish is durable and fade-resistant.

Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are lingerie, swimsuits, bikinis, tights/leggings, and sports leotards, as well as swimwear in general. It is also used for fashion apparel, such as summer dresses. This fabric is suitable for people of all ages and genders, as well as for all seasons.

It is important to note that the fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C and avoid the use of bleach. Dry cleaning is possible, although trichloroethylene should be avoided. Additionally, ironing temperature should be low, and tumble drying should not be used.

Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation (polyester), which allows for printing vibrant and long-lasting colors on synthetic fabrics. Sublimation uses special inks that turn into gas when heated, penetrating the fabric fibers to achieve a durable and fade-resistant print.
