Polyester Lycra - Nairobi 270 gr/m2

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra called Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2, with a composition of 82% POLYESTER and 18% ELASTANE. Its plain printed color is Permanent Yellow with a CMYK of 6 27 91 0. This color is a bright and vibrant yellow that symbolizes energy and happiness. It combines particularly well with blue and green tones, creating a sense of freshness and vitality.

The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the fabric is not dyed but printed on the exterior. This textile printing technique allows for accurate design reproduction and a wide range of colors.

The base fabric has an elastic texture and a chlorine-resistant finish with a very high UV protection factor of 50+. These characteristics make the fabric suitable for a wide range of applications, such as lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, bikinis, leotards, tights, and leggings. Furthermore, its weight of 270 gr/m2 is ideal for creating fitted garments that are soft to the touch.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. The fabric can be dry-cleaned except with trichloroethylene and can be ironed at a cool temperature. It cannot be tumble-dried.

Finally, the fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology (POLYESTER). This printing technique transfers ink through heat and pressure, creating a permanent print that does not fade or crack over time. Sublimation also allows for great precision in printing details and colors, making it an ideal technique for producing personalized and high-quality textiles.
