The base fabric of this garment is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2 in a khaki green color. The solid color printed has a CYMK ink combination of 57 33 50 17. The predominant secondary color is green, which symbolizes nature and harmony, while the khaki tone provides a feeling of strength and stability. This secondary color combines especially well with earth tones, browns, and beiges, creating an elegant and natural harmony.
The base fabric is elastic, chlorine-resistant, and has very high UV protection of 50+. In addition, the texture is soft to the touch, which makes it comfortable to wear. The printing is done on one side by digital textile printing, which allows for a vibrant and durable finish. Polyester Lycra - Nairobi is ideal for lingerie, swimwear, sportswear, and fashion garments, being a timeless and versatile fabric.
Among the care instructions for this fabric, avoid bleaching, do not wash at temperatures above 40ºC, do not tumble dry, and iron at a cool temperature. In addition, dry cleaning is allowed, except with trichloroethylene. To maintain the printed color, it is recommended to wash inside out.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process consists of printing the ink onto sublimation paper and then transferring it to the fabric under high temperature and pressure. This allows the ink to integrate into the fabric fibers, instead of remaining on the surface, generating a resistant and durable finish.
