The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Nairobi weighing 270 gr/m2 with a width of 150 cm, already printed in a solid Halloween orange color with a CMYK combination of 16 66 89 5. The color is a mix of red and yellow, making it a vibrant and eye-catching shade that can be associated with energy and fun. Additionally, this color pairs perfectly with more neutral tones such as gray or beige to provide visual balance in a design.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the color is more consistent and uniform throughout the fabric. The general characteristics of the base fabric include its elastic texture, chlorine resistance, and a very high UV protection factor of 50+, making it an ideal choice for lingerie, water sports, and swimwear.
The applications and uses of this fabric are numerous and can be utilized in lingerie, bodysuits, sports uniforms including swimsuits and bikinis, as well as tights and leggings. Furthermore, due to its vibrant color, it can be used for fashion swimwear garments, particularly swimsuits.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry clean except for trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), where ink is printed on transfer paper and then applied to the fabric through heat and pressure. This process allows designs to be printed with high quality and durability.
