The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, 270 gr/m2 with a width of 150 cm, in a solid color printed in melon orange tones, represented by CMYK 7 62 76 1. It is an elastic fabric, chlorine-resistant, and offers very high UV protection 50+. The melon orange color evokes emotions of joy, vitality, and energy, while its soft tone conveys a sense of calm and relaxation. When combined with soft gray, pink, or green tones, it brings harmony and balance.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the color is on the surface of the fabric. The Polyester Lycra - Nairobi is a soft-touch material with a good texture that conforms perfectly to the body. It is ideal for making lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, bikinis, and general fashion items.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40°C, do not bleach, iron at low temperature, and do not tumble dry. This fabric allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. It should be noted that, being an elastic fabric, it is important not to stretch it excessively during washing.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). Sublimation is a digital printing process that uses heat and pressure to permanently transfer ink onto the fabric. The ink turns into gas in the presence of heat and permanently adheres to the fiber, ensuring high quality and durability. In summary, the Polyester Lycra - Nairobi is a soft, elastic, and resistant fabric with a vibrant melon orange color printed using sublimation printing technology, making it suitable for various fields of fashion and sport.
