The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, 270 gr/m2, 150 cm wide, with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane. It is printed with a plain medium Vermillion Red color, with a CMYK of 10 72 79 2. This vibrant and bold color gives the fabric a soft and warm appearance, making it attractive for swimwear, sportswear, and fashion. Medium Vermillion pairs especially well with neutral tones such as white and black, as well as with cool and warm tones like navy blue and orange.
The base fabric is elastic, has a soft texture, and a chlorine-resistant finish for use in swimwear. Furthermore, it boasts a very high UV protection factor of 50+, offering additional protection against harmful sun rays. The fabric is perfect for use in lingerie, bodysuits, swimsuits, bikinis, sports tights, leggings, leotards, and for swimwear fashion in general.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is important to follow specific care instructions. It is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron it at a cool temperature, and avoid tumble drying. Additionally, dry cleaning is permitted except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This means that the ink transforms into gas and penetrates deeply into the polyester fibers, creating a high-quality and durable digital print on one side of the fabric. It is important to note that this is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed, meaning the color is only on the surface of the fabric and does not permeate the fiber.
