The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, 270 gr/m2, in a plain printed color that combines Red and Pale Violet with a CMYK of 11 68 20 0. This secondary color provides a sense of sophistication and elegance, standing out in combination with fabrics in grey, white, and black tones. The fabric is digitally printed with the plain color on one side, ensuring high quality and durability of the color.
The base fabric is soft to the touch, elastic, and has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+. These characteristics make it ideal for use in lingerie, swimwear, swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, tights, and leggings, as well as for use in beachwear fashion. Polyester Lycra - Nairobi is also timeless, so its use is not subject to fashion trends.
It is important to note that the fabric must be cared for following the specific instructions provided. To ensure its durability, it is recommended not to use bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Polyester Lycra - Nairobi also allows dry cleaning, except for trichloroethylene, and cold ironing. It should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which involves the transfer of ink through a heat process. In this process, the sublimation ink turns into gas and penetrates the fabric fiber, which guarantees the high quality and durability of the color.
