The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2, and its plain printed color is a combination of green and light French beige, with a CMYK content of 20 9 41 0. This secondary color is characterized by being elegant and fresh, and combines perfectly with other neutral tones such as white, gray and light brown, as well as with stronger colors such as red and dark blue.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is a flat fabric with the print on a single side. The base fabric is characterized by being elastic, chlorine resistant and with a very high UV protection factor 50+.
Among the attributes of the base fabric are its applications for lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, bikinis, leotards and leggings. This type of fabric adapts perfectly to the body, making the garment very comfortable and breathable.
It is important to note that Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2 requires a series of specific care to maintain its properties. These cares include not using bleach, machine washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not tumble drying, ironing at low temperature and, in case of dry cleaning, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process in which heat and pressure are applied to a special ink that turns into vapor, which adheres to the fabric and solidifies on its surface. This printing method is ideal for synthetic fabrics and allows for great precision in the reproduction of designs and colors.
