The base fabric for this textile is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2, with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane. The solid printed color is a Dark Blue Denim, achieved by using a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks, with CMYK values of 82, 66, 44, and 42 respectively.
This secondary color features cool and deep tones, conveying security and projecting a modern style. It pairs perfectly with both pastel colors and more vibrant and cheerful tones, creating visual harmony. The fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side.
The base fabric has an elastic texture and a chlorine-resistant finish, in addition to having a very high UV Protection Factor of 50+ which guarantees adequate protection against sun rays. Regarding the attributes of the fabric, its versatility stands out as it can be used in the manufacture of lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, bikinis, leotards, tights, and leggings. Furthermore, being a high-quality and resistant fabric, it becomes an interesting alternative for making garments for children, women, and men throughout the year.
Regarding care for this type of fabric, it is recommended to wash at no more than 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature, and refrain from using bleach or tumble dryers. This fabric allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, it is important to highlight the printing technology of this fabric, which is done through the sublimation method (polyester), a digital printing technique that allows the transfer of images from paper to fabric through a chemical reaction, without affecting the flexibility of the fabric. In summary, the Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2 printed in Dark Blue Denim is a high-quality, resistant, and versatile fabric that, thanks to its sublimation printing technology, offers a wide range of possibilities for making garments in fashion, sports, and lingerie.
