The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra in a solid color printed in Burnt Orange with a CMYK of 40 60 100 53. This secondary color is intense and warm, evoking a sunset and bringing energy and vitality to the garment. It combines perfectly with neutral colors such as black and white, as well as natural tones, golds, and browns. It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
The characteristics of the base fabric include a soft and elastic texture thanks to its composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, making it ideal for swimwear and sportswear. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+. Furthermore, the printed solid color stands out for its high quality and durability, remaining intact even after several washes.
Applications and uses for the Burnt Orange base fabric include hair ties, scrunchies, swimsuits, and bikinis. Thanks to its softness and elasticity, it is a perfect option for body-hugging garments. Additionally, the orange color adds a striking and vibrant touch, ideal for standing out at the beach or by the pool.
It is important to consider the care instructions for the base fabric, which include not bleaching, washing at maximum temperatures of 40°C, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying. It is also recommended not to dry clean and to avoid exposing the garment to direct sunlight for long periods of time.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows ink to be transferred to the fabric, creating a high-quality and high-resolution image. The ink turns into gas when heat and pressure are applied, penetrating the fibers of the fabric for a durable and high-quality result. In summary, the 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra in Burnt Orange is a versatile and striking option for sportswear and swimwear, with high print quality and exceptional technical characteristics.
