The base fabric, Recycled Lycra, weighing 190 gr/m2, is a lycra composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, 150 cm wide and GRS certified. The plain printed color is Orange-Ochre with a CMYK of 5 11 60 0. This warm tone is characterized by its luminosity and by evoking a summery and pleasant atmosphere. In addition, its combination of brown and orange tones makes it a good choice to be combined with other neutral tones such as white, beige or brown and complementary tones such as turquoise.
The fabric is single-sided printed by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The result is a homogeneous and sharp color on the surface, without the fabric fibers being affected. It is a very soft and elastic fabric, with a chlorine-resistant finish and high sun protection (UPF 50+).
The Recycled Lycra base fabric is suitable for different applications and uses, including the manufacture of bikinis, sports swimsuits and other fashion accessories that require good elasticity and durability. In addition, its sustainable quality makes it ideal for projects that seek to reduce their environmental footprint.
The care instructions for this fabric are: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at low temperature and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which consists of transferring a design printed on paper to the fabric using heat and pressure. This printing technique guarantees a high-quality and long-lasting colorful result on the fabric, without affecting its texture and elasticity.
