The base fabric is a 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra in a solid Bubblegum pink color with a CMYK of 0 40 15 0. This color symbolizes sweetness and delicacy, while technically, its firmness and softness make it perfect for manufacturing sportswear and swimwear. Bubblegum pink combines well with contrasting colors such as white, black, and blue, as well as with pastel shades and natural colors like beige and brown.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning only one side of the fabric is dyed with the printed color. This allows for greater precision and detail in printing and enables the creation of complex and creative patterns.
The characteristics of the base fabric are softness and elasticity, making it comfortable to wear and adaptable to any body type. Furthermore, it is finished with chlorine resistance to prevent discoloration in water and a very high UV protection factor to protect the skin from sun rays.
Applications and uses for the 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra include hair ties and scrunchies, in addition to the manufacture of sportswear and swimwear, such as bikinis and swimsuits. Thanks to its properties, this fabric can also be used in other summer fashion garments and accessories.
To maintain the quality and prolong the lifespan of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not use dry cleaning or tumble drying, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid prolonged sun exposure.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which involves transferring the design to the fabric through a thermal process that sublimates the ink from the transfer paper to adhere permanently to the fabrics fibers. This allows for high definition and sharpness in the designs, as well as durability in the imposed colors.
