The base fabric of this textile is Recycled Lycra - Recycled, weighing 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. It has a grammage of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is Bakers Brown, with a CMYK of 29 37 48 16. This color is a blend of warm and earthy tones, inspired by the baking industry and the earth. It pairs perfectly with neutral tones like beige and dark brown, as well as with more vibrant tones like olive green and orange.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the fabric is not dyed, but printed on one side.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric are its softness to the touch, elasticity, and chlorine resistance. In addition, it has a very high UV protection factor of 50+. As for the printed solid color, its vibrancy and durability stand out, thanks to the printing technology used.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied, from hair ties and scrunchies to swimsuits and bikinis. Thanks to its elasticity and chlorine resistance, it is perfect for athletic swimwear. In addition, its softness also makes it an ideal option for fashion swimwear.
It is important to consider the care instructions for this fabric. Do not bleach, the maximum washing temperature is 40ºC, do not dry clean or tumble dry. It is recommended to iron at a low temperature to avoid damaging the print.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which consists of printing the image on transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric with heat and pressure. This allows for high print quality and great color durability.
