The base fabric, Recycled Lycra - Recycled weighing 190 gr/m2, is a Lycra fabric composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed color, Campanula Violet Purple, has a cyan ink combination of 40, magenta ink of 43, yellow ink of 8, and no black ink (CMYK: 40 43 8 0). This secondary color is described as a soft purple tone, evoking a sense of elegance and sophistication. Campanula Violet Purple combines very well with other soft tones such as pink, light blue, and light gray.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The base fabric is characterized by its softness to the touch and its elasticity, which allows it to adjust to the body and ensure greater freedom of movement. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+ to protect the skin from sun damage.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, hair accessories such as scrunchies and hair ties stand out, as well as sports swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits. It is also used to make some fashion garments related to the beach, such as swim dresses and skirts.
It is important to note that the fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C, should not be bleached or dry cleaned, and should be ironed at a cool temperature. In addition, tumble drying is not recommended.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which means that the ink is printed on paper and transferred to the fabric through a thermal printing machine. This process ensures high-quality color reproduction and long-lasting prints. In summary, the combination of the Recycled Lycra - Recycled 190 gr/m² base fabric and the Campanula Violet Purple printed color offers a versatile and sustainable option for creating elegant and sophisticated sportswear and fashion garments.
