The base fabric is Recycled Lycra, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed color is Purple-Berry, with a CMYK of 82 100 29 24. This shade symbolizes creativity and imagination, representing the confluence of vital energy and peace. The secondary color is a purple-berry tone with nuances resembling a blackberry, a shade that pairs very well with other dark or light tones, such as pink, turquoise, or ivory, to create vibrant or harmonious contrasts.
The fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, which means the solid printed color is not dyed but printed only on one of its surfaces. The fabric has a soft and elastic texture, is chlorine-resistant, and has a very high Sun Protection Factor (50+), making it a perfect choice for swimwear and sportswear. Furthermore, being made of recycled material and having obtained GRS certification, it is a sustainable and environmentally friendly fabric.
Recycled Lycra fabric is ideal for various applications and uses, such as scrunchies, swimsuits, and bikinis, among others. Thanks to its elasticity, it adapts perfectly to the body, providing great comfort to those who wear it. In addition, its sun protection factor makes it a perfect choice for outdoor garments.
Regarding the necessary care, it is recommended not to bleach the garment and not to dry clean it. The maximum washing temperature is 40ºC, and for ironing, a low temperature should be used. It cannot be tumble dried; air drying is recommended.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, a process in which a special ink printer is used to transfer the ink to transfer paper. This paper is applied to the fabric and subjected to high temperature and pressure so that the ink transfers to the fabric, thus forming the solid printed color. Thanks to this technology, high definition and quality are obtained in the print, which allows the fabric to have an attractive and durable appearance.
