Recycled Lycra - Recycled 190 gr/m2

The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. Its solid printed color is Pantone Orange, with Cyan ink at 0, Magenta ink at 65, Yellow ink at 99, and Black ink at 0, with a CMYK of 0 65 99 0. Orange is a cheerful, vibrant, and energetic color. It pairs very well with other warm colors, such as red and yellow, but also with cool tones, such as blue and green.

This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the color is only on one side of the fabric, not deep-dyed. The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft and elastic texture, with a chlorine-resistant finish and UPF - UV Protection Factor, making it ideal for use in swimwear or sportswear, in addition to being precisely suitable for collars, scarves, squares, and personal accessories.

Among the applications and uses of the fabric, we find the possibility of manufacturing scrunchies, sports bikinis or swimsuits, and fashion swimwear, being a versatile and sustainable fabric thanks to its GRS certification, which guarantees its recycled origin. It should be noted that this fabric is delicate and therefore requires special care when handling it, ideally washed at maximum temperatures of 40°C and ironed at low temperature.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows the transfer of ink from paper to fabric through heat and pressure, guaranteeing quality and color fidelity in printing.
