The base fabric, known as Recycled Lycra, has a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its composition is 85% polyester and 15% elastane. The plain printed color is Orange, with a CMYK of 2 51 98 0. This secondary color has an intense and vibrant hue, which can be perfectly combined with neutral tones such as white or black, or with brighter tones such as yellow or fuchsia.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it has a soft and uniform appearance on one side, while the texture of the base fabric can be seen on the other. This fabric has characteristics such as soft touch, elasticity, and chlorine resistance. In addition, it has Very High UV Protection 50+, which makes it an excellent option for swimwear or sportswear.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, we can find scrunchies, bikinis, or swimsuits. It is also perfect for creating fashion garments, especially for the summer season. It is a sustainable fabric, certified with the GRS standard and with a recycling concept.
To keep this fabric in good condition, it is important to avoid bleaching, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature, do not tumble dry, and do not dry clean. It is recommended to follow these guidelines to prolong the life of the fabric.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, which consists of transferring an image or design to the fabric through heat and pressure. The ink turns into vapor and adheres to the fabric fibers to create a high-quality and durable print.
