The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, with a width of 150 cm and a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. The plain printed color is yellow with albumen tones, with a CMYK of 4 8 43 0. This color is described as a bright and cheerful golden yellow tone that combines well with neutral tones such as gray or white.
It is important to note that the fabric is digitally textile printed on one side, which means that the printed color will only be on one side of the fabric. In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a soft and elastic feel, is chlorine resistant, and has a very high UV protection factor of 50+.
The applications and uses of this fabric are diverse, such as for making scrunchies, sports bikinis, and swimsuits, as well as for creating general fashion swimwear. In addition, this base fabric is sustainable as it is GRS certified and recycled.
It is important to take into account the care of this fabric, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum of 40°C, ironing it at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process in which inks are printed on special paper and then transferred by heat to the fabric, which guarantees superior print quality and great wash resistance.
