The fabric we are discussing is the Crepe de Punto Elástico - Riga, an elastic crepe made of 94% POLYESTER and 6% ELASTANE, known for its grainy texture and elastic feel. This fabric is printed with a design that features gastronomic motifs such as fruits and pumpkins, animals like birds and bats, shapes like the moon and stars, and childrens motifs such as fruits and animals. The main colors of the design are jam purple, night black, and pumpkin orange. This fabric can be combined with other solid colors like white, yellow, or green to achieve contrast and visual harmony.
Regarding general characteristics, this fabric weighs 180 gr/m2 and has a width of 150 cm. Additionally, its elasticity allows for a perfect fit to the body, making it an excellent choice for garments such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear in general. This fabric is timeless, meaning it is ideal for any season of the year due to its versatility.
As it is a printed fabric, it is important to consider some special care instructions for proper preservation. It is not advisable to use bleach or iron the fabric at high temperatures, and dry cleaning with trichloroethylene should be avoided. Furthermore, a tumble dryer can be used at a reduced temperature for proper drying.
Finally, it is important to highlight the printing technology used on this fabric: sublimation (POLYESTER). This technique involves the transfer of inks to the fabric through heat and pressure, creating a high-quality and durable print on one side of the fabric.
