The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. Its solid printed color is Halloween Orange, with a CMYK of 16 66 89 5, applied only to one side using digital textile printing. This shade of orange is vibrant and festive, evoking the joy and excitement of the holiday its name references. Its cheerful and passionate character makes it ideal for attracting attention and creating a bold and striking look.
The general characteristics of the fabric include a soft and elastic texture, which makes it very comfortable and adaptable to the body. In addition, it features chlorine-resistant finishes and high UV protection (50+), making it ideal for use in swimwear or sportswear for water activities. In terms of color combinations, Halloween orange looks especially good with dark tones such as black or navy blue, as well as with softer tones such as pale pink or pale yellow.
The fabric is very versatile and can be used for different applications and uses, such as making bikinis, swimsuits, scrunchies, as well as sports swimwear and summer clothing. Its use is especially recommended for outdoor or water activities thanks to its chlorine resistance and high UV protection.
Regarding the care instructions for Recycled Lycra, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. The garment is not suitable for dry cleaning and should be ironed at a cool temperature. Also, it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is Sublimation (polyester). This technique involves transferring ink from a special printed paper to the fabric through a heat press. In this way, the printed color adheres perfectly to the fabric permanently, offering high image quality and resistance to wear and washing.
