The base fabric for this material is Recycled Lycra, weighing 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a grammage of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is Carmine Red, and its CMYK is 27 97 34 20. This shade creates a perfect combination with colors like white, black, gold, and silver.
Its soft texture and elasticity are two of the main characteristics of this fabric, making it comfortable and pleasant to the touch. Furthermore, it features a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+, ideal for swimwear and athletic apparel. As for the color, its vibrant and attractive hue is perfect for eye-catching and energetic garments.
The base fabric is especially recommended for making bikinis, swimsuits, and scrunchies, but it can also be used for other sportswear and fashion items. The fabric is sustainable and complies with GRS certification, which guarantees its quality and ecological commitment.
Regarding care, it is important to note that this fabric does not allow bleaching or dry cleaning, and it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Also, it should be ironed at a cool temperature and tumble drying should be avoided to prolong the life of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows colors to adhere to the fabric durably and resistantly. Thanks to this technology, the printed fabric exhibits excellent quality and a sharp, defined finish on all its pieces.
