The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a width of 150 cm and a weight of 190 gr/m2. The plain printed color is reddish-purple, with a CMYK of 1 100 57 0. The magenta ink dominates and gives the red that purplish tone. This color pairs well with earth tones and neutrals.
The fabric is digitally printed with the plain color on one side. The fabric texture is soft and elastic, and the finish is chlorine-resistant and has a very high UV Protection Factor of 50+.
This fabric is ideal for sports bikinis and swimsuits, and can also be used for scrunchies. In addition, its sustainability is GRS certified and it is recycled.
Care instructions for this fabric include washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, no bleaching, no dry cleaning, cool ironing, and no tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which involves transferring ink from paper to fabric using heat and pressure. This results in more intense and resistant colors than dyeing.
