Elastic Roma Knit - Lyon

The Elastic Punto Roma - Lyon knit fabric is a soft-touch and elastic knit fabric thanks to its composition of 97% POLYESTER and 3% ELASTANE. Its weight of 282 gr/m2 provides body and drape, making it an ideal fabric for garments such as Tops, T-shirts, Pants, Dresses, and Sweaters. In addition, its width of 150 cm and the possibility of dry cleaning make it very versatile for making Womens/Mens fashion pieces.

The printed design features Gastronomy elements, such as fruits and pumpkins, as well as childrens motifs with animals and shapes such as the moon and stars. The predominant colors are purple jam, night black, and pumpkin orange, which gives it a cheerful and creative touch. To combine with this printed fabric, solid colors such as white, black, gray, and beige can be used.

The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the design is present only on one side of the fabric, without showing through to the other side. This allows the fabric to be used with the design facing outwards or inwards, as preferred.

In terms of general characteristics, the Elastic Punto Roma - Lyon fabric has a soft texture and a pleasant feel, which makes it very comfortable to wear. In addition, its elasticity allows it to adapt to the body naturally without deforming. On the other hand, the printed design is vibrant and creative, which makes it ideal for making original and fun fashion garments.

Regarding care, it is important not to bleach the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can also be dry cleaned with the exception of trichloroethylene. It is recommended to iron at a cool temperature and avoid using the dryer for drying.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design through heat and pressure onto the surface of the fabric. This allows the design to be durably integrated into the fabric, without affecting its texture or softness.
