The base fabric of this textile is Recycled Lycra - Recycled 190 gr/m2, with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, and a weight of 190 gr/m2. The plain printed color is frond green, which is obtained by combining Cyan (64), Magenta (16), Yellow (100), and Black (2) inks, resulting in a CMYK of 64 16 100 2. This color evokes nature and conveys a sense of fresh and renewed energy. It complements very well with complementary colors such as purple, red, and orange, and can also be combined with neutral colors like white and gray.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but is printed directly onto the fabric surface. This digital printing technique offers superior image quality, high definition, and precision in details, achieving a sharp and durable image.
The Recycled Lycra - Recycled 190 gr/m2 has a soft and elastic texture that adapts perfectly to the bodys shape. In addition, it features a chlorine-resistant finish and a high UV protection factor (UPF) of 50+, which offers very high protection against UV rays. These characteristics make it an ideal fabric for sportswear and swimwear such as bikinis or swimsuits. It is also used in the creation of accessories like hair ties and scrunchies.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, not to dry clean, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. This way, the quality and characteristics of the fabric will be maintained.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which is applied through heat and pressure to transfer the inks from printed paper to the fabric surface. This process allows not only the image but also the texture of the fabric and its flexibility to be transferred, thus achieving a high-quality and durable print.
