Description

The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a width of 150cm. The plain printed color is Delft Ceramic Blue, with a CMYK of 83 60 23 7. This blue symbolizes Dutch tradition and the delicate ceramics from the Delft area. It combines well with light tones such as pink, yellow, and mint green. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which provides excellent quality and definition.

The general characteristics of the base fabric are its softness and elasticity, making it ideal for sportswear and swimwear. It also has a chlorine-resistant finish and a high UV protection factor of 50+. As for the plain printed color, it is a high-quality ink that guarantees long durability and resistance to washing and use.

The applications and uses of this fabric are broad and varied, from scrunchies and hair ties to fashionable and sports swimsuits and bikinis. Specific notable uses include chlorine resistance and UV protection for swimwear, and stretch and softness for sportswear. Furthermore, its GRS certification and the fact that it is a recycled fabric make it a sustainable and environmentally friendly option.

Caring for the fabric is simple: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at a low temperature, and do not tumble dry.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a technique that involves transferring the printed design to the fabric using heat and pressure. In this way, a high-quality and high-definition image is achieved, which also does not crack or fade over time.
