The base fabric, Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, is an elastic, resistant fabric with a soft touch. The plain printed color, Cinnabar Red, is composed of 11% cyan ink, 86% magenta ink, 87% yellow ink and 2% black ink, resulting in an intense and bright red. This secondary color combines particularly well with cool tones such as dark blue and moss green, as well as dark tones such as chocolate brown and black.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The print quality is excellent, making the color look vibrant and long-lasting.
The base fabric has a series of very attractive general characteristics, such as its elasticity, its resistance to chlorine and its very high UV protection, which makes it ideal for sportswear and swimwear. In addition, its weight of 230 gr/m2 makes it thick enough to be used in garments that require greater support, such as leotards.
As for the applications and uses of the fabric, it is very versatile and can be used in garments such as lingerie, bodysuits, bikinis, swimsuits, tights, leggings and leotards, for men, women and children. In addition, its GRS sustainability certification and sublimation printing technology make this fabric a responsible and high-quality option.
It is important to follow the care instructions indicated by the manufacturer, such as not bleaching, maximum washing at 40ºC, ironing at cold temperature and not tumble drying.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design from special paper to the fabric using high temperatures and pressure. The ink turns into vapor and penetrates the fibers of the fabric, which gives it great resistance to wear and washing.
