The base fabric for this material is Recycled Lycra - Seal, weighing 230 gr/m2, a lycra composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. Its plain printed color is an intense and vibrant red, with a CMYK of 18 100 100 8. This secondary color is highly symbolic, as it evokes passion and energy, as well as strength and determination. Furthermore, it combines particularly well with neutral tones such as black, grey, or white, as well as with warm tones like orange or yellow.
It is important to note that this fabric is digitally printed with the plain color on one side, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side. Thanks to this printing technology, high quality and great detail definition are achieved, along with a wide range of shades.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, we can say that it has an elastic texture and a soft, pleasant feel against the skin. Moreover, it is chlorine-resistant and boasts a very high UV protection factor of 50+, making it ideal for swimwear or sportswear that requires high resistance and protection against UV rays.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, we can highlight its great versatility. It can be used for making garments such as lingerie, bodysuits, swimsuits, sportswear, tights, leggings, or even accessories like headbands or hair ties. Its combination of resistance, flexibility, and UV protection makes it an ideal fabric for sports and swimwear, while its vibrant and striking print is perfect for fashion garments.
It is important to consider the necessary care for the maintenance of this fabric, which includes washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, cool ironing, and the prohibition of bleaching and tumble drying.
Finally, the Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2 is manufactured using polyester sublimation printing technology, which allows for high quality and definition in the print, as well as a wide range of shades and great durability over time.
