Recycled Lycra - Seal 230 gr/m2

The base fabric is recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2 with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, a weight of 230 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is wine red with a CMYK of 29, 87, 36, 23. This rich and deep secondary color provides a sense of elegance and sophistication and pairs well with neutral tones such as white and black, or brighter shades like pink and orange.

This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The base fabric is elastic, chlorine-resistant, and has a very high UV protection factor of 50+. Additionally, it is soft to the touch and has a pleasant texture.

The base fabric is suitable for a wide variety of applications and uses, such as lingerie, sports, and swimwear fashion, from bikinis to swimsuits and leotards, and is also suitable for sports tights/leggings for women, men, and children. Furthermore, being a recycled fabric, it is a sustainable and environmentally friendly option.

It is important to note the fabric care instructions: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried. Also, the garment is not suitable for dry cleaning.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for the transfer of ink from a special printed paper to the fabric at high temperatures. This process means that the ink penetrates the fabric fibers, so the printed image or design does not fade with use and washing. Additionally, detailed and color-rich designs can be achieved with this technology.
