Recycled Lycra - Seal 230 gr/m2

The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm and a composition of 75% POLYESTER and 25% ELASTANE. The solid color printed is Desert Sand Red, a warm and soft color formed with a combination of 0% Cyan ink, 69% Magenta ink, 73% Yellow ink, and 0% Black ink. This secondary color is versatile and combines very well with similar tones, such as brown and beige, as well as with darker tones such as black, navy blue, and gray.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the color covers the entire surface of the fabric in a single pass, giving a uniform and vibrant finish. The fabric is elastic and chlorine resistant, with very high UV protection 50+. The general characteristics of the fabric are its soft texture and feel, which makes it ideal for lingerie, swimwear, sportswear, and fashion garments. It is also sustainable, as it is GRS certified as recycled.

Among the most common applications and uses for this fabric are swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits, sportswear such as leotards and leggings, as well as lingerie and fashion in general. Thanks to its elasticity and resistance, it is very suitable for tight and comfortable garments.

It is important to take into account some care instructions to maintain the quality and durability of the fabric, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum of 40ºC, ironing it at a cool temperature, and avoiding using a dryer or dry cleaning.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This process consists of printing the ink on a special transfer paper and then applying heat and pressure to transfer the image to the fabric. This method allows for vibrant and precise colors, as well as good ink penetration into the fabric fibers, which ensures a durable and resistant finish.
