The base fabric is a Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. Its width of 150 cm and grammage of 230 gr/m2 make it a soft and elastic fabric, perfect for fitted and sportswear garments. The solid printed color is a lavender-blush pink with a CMYK of 0 9 1 0, which conveys a sweet and feminine look. This secondary tone combines perfectly with earthy and neutral tones, such as white or beige.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the ink is printed only on one side of the fabric. This printing technique guarantees exceptional image quality and great durability.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft texture, elasticity, and chlorine-resistant finish, perfect for swimwear or sportswear. In addition, its finish with very high UV protection 50+ makes it an ideal option for garments for outdoor activities.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are lingerie, swimwear, leotards, sports leggings, and fashion swimsuits. Thanks to its elasticity, it is also an ideal fabric for fitted and sportswear garments.
It is important to take into account the care of the fabric, such as not bleaching, not dry cleaning, ironing at a cold temperature, and not tumble drying, to ensure its durability and keep it in perfect condition.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). In this process, the colors are printed on transfer paper with special ink and transferred to the fabric by heat and pressure, which guarantees excellent and long-lasting image quality. In addition, polyester sublimation allows a wide variety of colors and designs without affecting the texture of the fabric.
