The base fabric, Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, offers a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, resulting in a smooth and elastic surface that favors adaptation to different body shapes. The plain color printed on the fabric is a medium purple-red pink, with a CMYK of 22 96 0 0. This color combines perfectly with neutral tones such as white and black, as well as with pastel and vibrant tones such as fuchsia and yellow.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it great versatility and allows for the creation of detailed and personalized designs. The surface texture is soft to the touch and very elastic, which facilitates movement and provides great comfort to the user. In addition, the fabric has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+, which makes it ideal for use in water activities and outdoor sports.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are lingerie, swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, tights and leggings. It is also perfect for making sportswear for men, women and children, as well as for the production of swimwear. Its sustainability and GRS certification make this fabric a conscious and environmentally friendly option.
Regarding the care of the fabric, it is advisable to avoid bleaching and wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC to prolong its useful life. The garment does not allow dry cleaning or tumble drying, and should be ironed at a cool temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for high image definition, scratch resistance and softness in printing. This process allows the color to be absorbed and perfectly integrated into the molecular structure of the fabric, which guarantees a long durability of the printed design. In summary, the Recycled Lycra - Seal 230 gr/m2 base fabric in its printed plain color represents an excellent option for making personalized, resistant and sustainable sportswear and swimwear.
